Job Description

• Main responsibility of Garage Manager depends on budgeting, planning, control of cost, training & coaching, setting objectives, effective and efficient communication with all the employees in a professional manner
• Develop, plan & manage the administration and operational function, performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible.
• Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets.
• Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the quality production of the products by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development and process knowledge development.
• Responsible for handling and the supervision of mechanical maintenance, sanding, blasting and spray painting.
• Provide leadership and supervision for reporting staff to meet company deliverables.
• Ensure all equipment and assets are designed, built, serviced and maintained in a safe, efficient and professional manner.
• Managing accurate maintenance and service records with due signed and submit to the management whenever required.
• Use of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to drive improvement.
• Supervision of correct completion of documentation including ESHMS documentation. Carry out Quarterly Workplace Inspections (Yard, Mechanical, Spray Painting)
• Setting KPI for individual employee in the department and conduct assessment test & analyze the areas of improvement, take action plan for the same and report the same to the HR department.
• Come out with acceptable action plan in case of any failure in the production delay, on-time delivery, delay and deviation in the final product and report it to the top management.

Utilizing the IT department/ERP system and making the different modules of strategy for sand wash & transport management and development systematic.

• Knowledgeable in Man and Mercedes Truck.
• Knowledgeable in Asphalt Equipment such as Paver, PTR, roller and other asphalt equipments.
