Key Responsibilities
Team Supervision
Provide effective leadership and oversight to a team of technicians and electricians, ensuring high standards of performance and productivity.
Test Driving & Quality Assurance
Hold a valid driving license to perform test drives and conduct post-repair quality checks to ensure vehicles meet service standards.
Job Progress Tracking
Monitor and manage job cards using electronic systems, ensuring accurate updates on job status and workflow.
Customer Interaction
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers. Strong English language skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
Diagnostics
Utilize diagnostic tools and live data analysis (both at idle and during test drives) to identify and troubleshoot vehicle issues efficiently.
Requirements
Education:
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Automotive Repairs.
Supevisor experience
: Must have 5+ years of experience supervising in garages.
Language:
Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
License:
Valid Qatari driving license is mandatory.
Location:
Must be currently based in Qatar and available for immediate hiring.
