Job Description

Salary Structure - Basic - 2000 QAR, Food - 500 - Total - 2,500 QAR.

Language - Hindi, English and Arabic.

Selection process - The selection based on his experience & Video call Interview.

Contract Period - 4 years.

Work Timing - 7am to 12pm. Lunch - 12 pm to 3pm, next - 3pm to 7pm.

Company Responsibility - Transportation and Accommodation ,Qid, Work visa, in 2 years up & down

tickets, Medical .

Employee Responsibility - Only Food cooking and Purchasing Stuff.

Experience Required - At least 8 years (Gulf Experience is preferred).

Work locations - Workshop Office.



Exhibit exemplary problem-solving, time management, and communication skills. At least two years of work experience in Gulf in an accounting firm or as a cost accountant is
required.

Handle Customers, If needed. Answers all incoming calls in a prompt, polite, professional manner,
transferring them to the appropriate person or department quickly.

Greets Garage customers in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner and determines the nature
of their visit.

Directs customers to the correct department, notifies the appropriate employee that a customer is
waiting and introduces the customer to a Salesperson.

Consistently input daily financial transactions and accounts receivable data to finalize the posting
process.

Perform bookkeeping duties including maintaining data on financial statements, reviewing bank
reconciliations, and more.

Confirm that books are reconciled with bank statements and prepare all month-end dealership
accounting reports.

Make sure accounts receivable/ accounts payable are processed promptly and properly. Oversee automotive group payroll, so employees receive prompt payment. Ensure auto dealership transactions are accurately recorded in all general ledgers. Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is mandatory Must be well-versed in generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) Microsoft Office, Excel, and QuickBooks experience is needed.
