Astropods Gaming Lounge

! You'll help customers enjoy our gaming zones (PCs, PlayStations, simulators), assist with basic tech issues, and promote our food & drinks menu to boost sales. This role is perfect for someone who loves gaming, enjoys talking to people, and can work in a busy entertainment environment.

Key Duties:

Assist customers with games and troubleshoot minor technical issues Upsell and promote food & drinks during gaming sessions Take orders and ensure quick, accurate service Maintain a clean and safe gaming area Guide customers on packages, promotions, and events

Requirements:

Customer service, gaming lounge, or arcade experience preferred Basic-intermediate IT/gaming knowledge Friendly, outgoing, and sales-focused personality Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
