Game Product Operations Manager

Position Overview
The Game Product Operations Manager is responsible for executing and optimizing day-to-day operational strategies for game products. This role focuses on improving user engagement, retention, and monetization through data-driven decision-making, cross-functional coordination, and continuous operational improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Execute daily game product operations, including event planning, version scheduling, and performance tracking
Coordinate with customer service, technical, and marketing teams to ensure operational stability and a high-quality user experience
Monitor key operational metrics such as user activity, retention, and monetization performance
Analyze data and propose optimization strategies to improve product performance and user lifecycle value
Plan and manage in-game monetization activities to support revenue growth and increased user engagement
Prepare operational analysis reports and post-event reviews
Continuously refine operational plans based on data insights and performance outcomes
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in game or digital entertainment product operations
Strong understanding of mobile or web-based game operation strategies
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar platforms
Strong analytical skills with attention to data accuracy and trends
Excellent written communication skills and user-focused thinking
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on international or overseas projects
Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and user segmentation models (e.g., RFM)
Experience in community management or KOL (Key Opinion Leader) operations
