Minimum of a High School Diploma
Good communication skills in English and Hindi

Previous experience in entertainment or customer service is an advantage
Basic IT Knowledge
Familiarity with devices such as gaming consoles, monitors, touchscreens, headsets, and streaming tools is beneficial.
