Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner. Conduct safety briefings and explain game rules clearly. Issue, inspect, and maintain paintball markers, masks, vests, and other gear. Monitor gameplay to ensure safety and fair play. Set up and reset game fields and shooting ranges. Respond quickly and calmly to any accidents or safety issues. Basic understanding of paintball/shooting safety and equipment. Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
