As a GA4 Expert, you will be responsible for analyzing data and providing insights on website and app performance. You will work closely with marketing and product teams to optimize user engagement and conversion rates. Your duties will include setting up and maintaining Google Analytics 4 accounts, creating custom reports, and identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytical tools, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering actionable insights. Responsibilities: 1.Collect and analyze data to wider teams using Google Analytics 4 to identify trends and insights related to website and app performance 2.Lead the implementation and configuration of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) properties, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices. 3.Develop and implement advanced tracking solutions, including event tracking, custom dimensions, and metrics, to capture comprehensive user interactions and behaviors across multiple digital platforms. 4.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, web development, and data analytics, to ensure seamless integration and accurate tracking of digital campaigns and initiatives. 5.Design and create customized reports, dashboards, and data visualizations in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights. 6.Conduct in-depth data analysis and interpretation to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization, and translate findings into actionable recommendations. 7.Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and updates related to Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and other digital analytics tools, and evaluate their potential impact on our digital strategy. 8.Act as a subject matter expert on Google Analytics 4 (GA4), providing guidance, training, and support to internal teams on best practices, methodologies, and advanced features. 9.Continuously monitor and optimize tracking configurations, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with privacy regulations. 10. Monitor data integrity and proactively identify any discrepancies or issues within the analytics platform. 11. Must be able to track and analyze user behavior, engagement, conversion metrics and data to provide concise and create visually appealing reports to the team that will effectively communicate data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. 12. Set up automated reports using Looker Studio to streamline the reporting process and ensure timely delivery of insights; set up scheduled reports and alerts to automate the delivery of insights to the team. Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in digital analytics
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Tag Manager 360 for advanced tracking and implementation.
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 implementation and reporting
  • Strong understanding of data visualization and dashboard creation , including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, with advanced skills in Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and/or other analytics platforms.
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, and user segmentation.
  • Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Working headset for virtual team meetings.
  • Fluency in English
Initially the job will be remote but then transition to an office in Dubai so only apply if you can work in an office as this will be done in the next couple of months. Salary: 2000 AED \xe2\x80\x93 4000 AED, DOE Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
