Job Information: Responsible for Attendance, Salary, Overtime, BPJS, and other monthly payments. Responsible for the process of Recruitment and Employee Assessment/evaluation. Responsible for all administrative work of HRD and GA (correspondence, database, KPI, warning letter, SP). Develop and supervise/control SOP procedures for all Divisions. Develop a system of work procedures and evaluation of employee performance in a sustainable and consistent manner. Job Requirements: . Able to provide motivation and increase employee morale by providing training / training periodically. . Understand and master the assessment of the Unemployment Law and all BPJS KIS & TK Procedures. . Understand, control and control the validity period of all Company Agreement Documents. . Able to work with Priority scale, Risk Management and able to cooperate with all parties.
