Key Responsibilities
Project Oversight
: Lead and supervise the execution of G+12 building projects, ensuring adherence to approved designs and specifications.
Regulatory Compliance
: Ensure all construction activities comply with Dubai Municipality regulations and obtain necessary approvals and permits.
Design & Analysis
: Conduct structural design and analysis for high-rise buildings, utilizing software such as AutoCAD, ETABS, and SAFE.
Coordination
: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Quality Assurance
: Monitor construction quality, addressing any issues promptly to maintain project standards.
Documentation
: Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, drawings, and compliance records.
Safety Management
: Implement and enforce safety protocols on-site to ensure a safe working environment.Qualifications & Experience
Education
: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Certification
: Valid Dubai Municipality G+12 license.
Experience
: Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in high-rise construction projects.
SKILLS
Proficiency in structural design software (AutoCAD, ETABS, SAFE).
Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality and Trakhees codes and standards.
