We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Furniture Rental Assistant who can assist our Furniture Team with daily projects, based from our office in Jebel Ali, Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a great combination of strong organization skills, attention to detail and a flair for interior design. Key Responsibilities:
Management of day-to-day client enquiries for rental furniture
Style, design and create mood boards, proposals, floor space layouts and quotations.
Planning of project logistics and scheduling / coordination with our warehouse and operations team.
Ability to handle accreditation & work permit / access requirements for various events/venues.
Management of all project related finance requirements in coordination with our Accounts Team.
Assist with overall administration of our Inventory & Asset management system.
Requirements:
A fabulous personality with great client liaison skills.
A passion for creating, styling and working with furniture, props and d?cor.
A minimum of 3 years of event experience in the furniture rental sector.
Strong level of competency in MS Office.
Able to read AutoCAD plans/SketchUp designs.
Basic competency in Adobe suite (Illustrator / Indesign / Photoshop) is preferred.
Great organization skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibly to work in different environments ? either in the office, the warehouse and on project sites.
