This Joinery Factory Supervisor role is with one of the region\xe2\x80\x99s leading fit out contractors. we have an enviable reputation and working on numerous prestigious office, hotel, Villa and luxury fit out Projects. The Role The Joinery Factory Manager will be directly responsible for the planning, preparation and production of required joinery for the company\xe2\x80\x99s various projects. You will need:
- An in-depth knowledge of all aspects of modern joinery manufacturing and a knowledge of the Super Yacht and marine environment would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of all aspects of furniture construction, which includes but is not limited to; cabinets, furniture, wall paneling systems, doors, mouldings etc.
- Fully conversant with all types of manual wood working machinery and to be fully conversant with all types of wood working CNC machinery and their associated programs.
- Good leadership, Organization & coordination skills.
- Knowledge in Auto CAD & 3D Max
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
- Supervisor: 3 years (Preferred)
- UAE driving License (Preferred)
