Coordinate with clients to ensure timely maintenance and servicing of all furniture assets.
Oversee the installation, arrangement, and setup of furniture in office and workspace environments.
Manage furniture inventory, track orders, and ensure all items are accurately accounted for.
Supervise furniture moves, reconfigurations, and handle operational and maintenance (O&M) repair tasks related to furniture.
Adhere to established processes and workflows for furniture planning, maintenance, and replacement.
Coordinate furniture-related activities for minor renovation projects, from design and build phases to final implementation.
Manage and monitor warranty claims and ensure follow-up with vendors or suppliers.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma in a related field (Interior Design, Furniture Design, or similar).
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in furniture coordination or facilities management.
Candidates with a background in interior design or furniture-specific disciplines are preferred.
Must be based in Doha with a transferable visa and NOC.
