Job Description
Responsibilities
Act as the primary customer contact during delivery, ensuring clear and professional communication. Load, transport, and install furniture safely and efficiently according to company standards. Conduct pre-delivery and post-installation checks to verify product condition and placement accuracy. Assemble furniture and fixtures with precision, following brand guidelines and customer requirements. Identify and report any damages, defects, or installation challenges immediately. Collaborate with drivers, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries. Proactively address customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction before completion of each job. Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles and equipment.
Requirements
High school certificate or equivalent. 1- 2 years of experience in delivery, assembly, or installation ideally within the luxury furniture or home decor sector. Proven carpentry or assembly experience is mandatory.
Valid UAE driving license (Mandatory)
Ability to handle furniture safely and efficiently under time constraints.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
