Urgently required - "

Furnishing Projects Coordinator / FF&E

" for our Interior design Fit-out Company.

Responsibilities include but not limited to

:

Use creativity to turn the interior space into a well-designed and functional space. Find furniture, fixtures, and equipment suitable to the client's preference. Outline client's design objectives. Conceptualize and assist with material selection. Create 'mood boards' to sample the design vision. Select furniture, materials, decor and finishes while keeping within the budget. Create a timeline for updating the database for FF&E in order to follow the latest trends ad prices of the local market. Site visits whenever needed to have a better visualization for the placing of furniture and fixtures. Prepare and revise BOQs. Contact needed suppliers to get quotations for the furnishing implementation.

Qualifications, Mandatory to have the below:

1. Extensive experience in FF&E field / Interior designing, material selection, and furniture layout.

2. Previous experience in Furnishing projects.

3. Knowledge of international brands (Italian, Portuguese, etc.

4. Major in Interior Design or relevant study, specializing in furnishing.

5. Knowledge of handling the below scope:

a. Loose furniture

b. Curtains

c. Carpets

d. Lighting

e. Artworks

f. Miscellaneous & Accessories

6. Excellent communication skills, especially with regards to client and supplier relationship.

7. Fluent in both English and Arabic language.

8. Must be Locally available in QATAR with valid transferable Qatar ID.

License/Certification:
