Advising fund managers, institutional investors, and financial institutions on fund formation, structuring, and regulatory matters. Working across a broad range of private equity, venture capital, real estate, and hedge funds. Providing strategic guidance on fundraising, governance, and compliance. Collaborating with a top-tier international team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
5-10 PQE with strong experience in funds from a leading international law firm. Expertise in fund structuring, investor negotiations, and regulatory frameworks. Strong technical skills and commercial acumen. Excellent academics and training from a top-tier law firm. A genuine commitment to living and working in Dubai.
