Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise front desk, guest services, therapists, nurses, and doctors.
• Oversee staff scheduling, attendance, shift planning, and resolve conflicts
• Manage the full patient journey--from inquiry to post-treatment follow-up.
• Ensure smooth daily client flow and coordination between departments.
• Track and analyse daily revenue, package sales, appointment attendance, and collections.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of management experience in a clinic or healthcare facility, preferably in aesthetics.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus
