To manage investment funds and portfolios, conduct research and financial analysis, prepare presentations and reports on ADCB\xe2\x80\x99s funds in order to support ADCB\xe2\x80\x99s fund management strategy
Conduct in-depth fundamental and technical research/analysis of securities across industries, sectors and regions and identify investment opportunities to assist in forecasting potential investment fund opportunities for the bank
Assist the line manager in managing ADCB funds and/or portfolios, and conduct trading and implementation for the investment funds and portfolios managed by ADCB while ensuring that trades adhere to the regulations of regulatory bodies
Participate in daily meetings and develop reports on news and developments relating to companies/sectors/markets covered in order to keep the line manager informed, and enable appropriate decision making
Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders

Skills
At least 5 years of experience as a financial/investment analyst in the investment or asset management industry and with hands on research experience in either financials, industrials, real estate, basic materials or services
Exposure to bond portfolios and strong fixed income portfolio experience
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Finance, Economics or equivalent specialisation
CFA or equivalent
Familiarity with financial software/systems such as Bloomberg/Reuters
Familiarity with quantitative modelling software such as Matlab SPSS and SAS
Deep understanding of core accounting and financial concepts, statistics, economics and empirical research methods
Ability to find proprietary information
Analytical skills and understanding of the investment process
