We are currently working with a top-tier Magic Circle law firm in Dubai that is seeking a talented Lawyer / Legal Associate to join their market-leading Fund Finance / Private Credit team.
This firm is known globally for its excellence, innovation, and high-profile work across the banking and finance sector. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced solicitor / associate looking to develop their career in a dynamic, international environment while working on some of the most complex and high-value transactions in the region.
The Fund Finance team supports clients across a wide spectrum of banking and finance matters. Their work spans secured and unsecured lending both bilateral and syndicated as well as acquisition and leveraged finance, private credit arrangements, and fund finance structures.
The Ideal Candidate:

• 3-6 PQE
• Admitted in England & Wales, Australia or US
• Excellent academic
• Experience from a Magic Circle, Silver Circle, US, or highly ranked law firm.
