Our client is an investments group that consolidates various Real Estate and Hospitality Assets based in the United Arab Emirates.The group also has strategic investments in businesses and entities across the MENA region, Europe, and the Americas. For this role, you will be reporting to the ChairmanEnsure comprehensive reporting of financial information for Investments undertaken(Local & International) by the Chairman & the Company and Reconciliation with official fund managers and bank statementsUtilizing the ERP application to record all transactions and compiling the resultingfinancial informationEnsure approved accounting policies and procedures are applied fully across alldivisionsVerifying all financial information for the Company and associates/related companiesare recorded and timely management reports are generated, with sufficient support documentation and informationCreate a comprehensive reporting of financial information for Development Projectsundertaken by the Chairman & the Company and reconciliation of the same with consultants' and Project Managers' informationLiaison with the investment team to record up-to-date valuations of private investments,reconcile for any discrepancies, suggest improvements, carry out performance analysis, and other ad hoc reports.Any other finance-related responsibilities as and when they ariseRequirementsTo be considered for this role, the candidates need to meet the following criteria:Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance / Business or equivalentMaster's degree or/and MBA and/or CPA/CA/ACCA is preferred1 to 3 years' experience in a fund accounting or fund administration roleAdvanced software skills (Excel, Word, PPT)Experience in investment analysis and investment operations is requiredCFA any level qualified requiredTo view other vacancies we have,please check our website () and follow us on our social media accounts -///
