Job Description
TitleFunctional Support Consultant
Role is to provide on-site support for the EZCall Physicians Scheduling Solution and associated integration with 3rd party solutions.
Responsibilities: Logging issues / requests from end users Assisting with building schedules in the application System Administration and Configuration of Application Liaising with UKG Support team when required Assisting with integration between systems i.e., sql, oracle extracts Training of end users Preparing documentation Testing of changes in the solution
Experience Required: Good English Written and Verbal Skills, Arabic advantage but not required Ability to learn new applications Ability to learn technical skills i.e. SQL/Oracle Years Experience 1-3 years Education: Degree not mandatory Customer Facing Role
Experience Advantage: Implementation and Support Staff Scheduling Solution Support of Oracle EBS / Fusion Healthcare Experience Customer Facing Support Experience
Education: Degree in Computer Related Studies
