The Role
The ideal candidate should have hardcore experience on Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a manufacturing & retail set up, preferably under a multi company /geography structure. Functional knowledge of following modules: \xe2\x80\xa2 Financials \xe2\x80\xa2 Human Resources \xe2\x80\xa2 Manufacturing Management \xe2\x80\xa2 Inventory Management \xe2\x80\xa2 Advance warehousing \xe2\x80\xa2 Purchasing Management \xe2\x80\xa2 Quality Management \xe2\x80\xa2 Sales Management \xe2\x80\xa2 CRM \xe2\x80\xa2 Product Technology \xe2\x80\xa2 Master Planning \xe2\x80\xa2 Retail Backoffice \xe2\x80\xa2 Retail POS \xe2\x80\xa2 Origination administration \xe2\x80\xa2 System administration Technical Knowledge \xe2\x80\xa2 Creation of customized roles \xe2\x80\xa2 Role based security, \xe2\x80\xa2 Working in AOT (understudying roles, duties, menu items, privileges) \xe2\x80\xa2 Defining query-based security for users, using row level security \xe2\x80\xa2 Understanding of jobs and execution using data files. \xe2\x80\xa2 Understanding of Data import and export utilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Uploading of data through excel Adin \xe2\x80\xa2 Configuration of batch jobs and monitoring \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong understanding of SQL server and queries \xe2\x80\xa2 Configuration of POS system, promotion schemes, discounts and pricing structures \xe2\x80\xa2 Complete understanding of retail statement creation and posting process. \xe2\x80\xa2 Complete understanding of loyalty programs

Requirements
  • Required Skills for L1 support. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to understand user requirement and resolve functional issues \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordination with development and functional consultants \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordination with developers and user for customization. \xe2\x80\xa2 Understanding of logging / ticketing tools (update status periodically) \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to manage priority of logged issues according to criticality \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide support to retail and back-office users for all modules \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication skills & excellent team player Qualification / certification \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\'s degree preferably in Computer Science \xe2\x80\xa2 Dynamics AX / D365 F&O certified \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience 2-4 years in MS Dynamics 365 (F & O).
