About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Functional Consultant to join our team and play a pivotal role in implementing and customizing ERP solutions for our clients. As a Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for understanding client requirements, designing optimal ERP solutions, and ensuring successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis:

Conduct in-depth business process analysis to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement. Elicit and document detailed functional requirements from clients. Map business processes to ERP functionalities.

Solution Design:

Design and configure ERP solutions to meet client-specific needs. Customize workflows, forms, and reports to optimize business operations. Develop and implement data migration strategies.

Implementation:

Lead and manage ERP implementation projects, including planning, execution, and deployment. Train and empower end-users on ERP functionalities and best practices. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations.

Post-Implementation Support:

Offer post-implementation support, including resolving issues, providing training, and making necessary enhancements. Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Experience:

Strong understanding of ERP concepts and best practices. Proven experience in implementing ERP solutions. In-depth knowledge of ERP modules, including Finance, Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, and CRM. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with customization and development using Frappe Framework (Python and JavaScript) is a plus.
