As functional application administrator within Fleet Management, you will lead the transition to our "Ship Maintenance Management System (SMMS) a tailor-made system for Boskalis. Your responsibilities include establishing a knowledge base, managing user inquiries, creating training materials, and coordinating with stakeholders. You will also implement a communication strategy to keep users informed about updates.
Your role ensures the SMMS is maintained perfectly to prevent ships from coming to a standstill. You will travel to vessels as needed and possess excellent communication and customer-friendly skills. By taking these administrative and user-centric approaches, you will enhance the user experience and ensure successful application support.
