For our trusted client we are hiring:

Location: Dubai (or willing to travel to Dubai)

We are looking for a full-time Shreditor (Content Filmer) to help build a serious personal brand in the psychology / identity space.

This is not a social media manager role.

This is not a full-time video editing role.

Your primary focus is filming real moments, storytelling, and creative thinking in real time.

You must have unique editing skills with a modern, clean, trend-aware style to create rough cuts, previews, and creative concepts.

Final edits are handled by a dedicated editor and you.

About the role

You will work closely with the content creator, filming daily life, work, travel, conversations, and experiences.

The goal is to capture authentic moments and translate them into long-term storytelling centered around identity, psychology, depth, and adventure.

This is a long-term collaboration, not a short-term gig.

Your role is to capture the story, shape the vision, and elevate the creative direction in the moment , not to sit behind an editing timeline all day.

Responsibilities:

Film daily moments (Reels, Stories, Vlogs, Long-form) Travel when needed for content and brand building Anticipate moments and think in stories and formats Actively contribute creative ideas and concepts Stay up to date with social media trends and translate them into a refined style
Location

Based in Dubai, or....

Willing and able to travel to Dubai regularly

This role involves frequent travel across the Middle East, with the intention to expand globally over time.

All travel-related costs (flights and accommodation) are covered.

You do not need an extensive portfolio.

This role is also an opportunity to build your portfolio while working on a real brand

The latest iPhone DJI Osmo 3 Gimbal and supporting equipment
