We are seeking a qualified and dedicated

Full-Time Site Nurse

to provide comprehensive medical support at a project site in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for licensed nurses with occupational health, site-based, or clinic experience who

can start immediately

. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of all employees while maintaining compliance with local health regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide onsite nursing care, emergency response, and first aid to employees. Monitor employees' health and well-being, document incidents, and maintain accurate medical records. Ensure all medical documentation is confidential, organized, and updated regularly. Conduct routine health checks, record vital signs, and assist in diagnostic procedures as required. Maintain first aid room, medical stock, and ambulance readiness according to company and regulatory standards. Coordinate with general practitioners, hospitals, and emergency services when necessary. Implement and enforce occupational health, safety, and infection prevention measures in the workplace. Promote health awareness, preventive care, and employee wellness initiatives. Ensure compliance with

DOH regulations

, OSHA standards, and internal company policies. Provide training and guidance to site staff on basic first aid and health protocols. Assist in managing employee medical referrals and follow-ups until fully fit to resume work.

Qualifications & Skills:

Valid

DOH License

(mandatory) BSc Nursing or equivalent 1-2 years of experience in occupational health, site nursing, or clinical nursing Certification in

ACLS, BLS, PALS, PHTLS

preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in

MS Office

for record-keeping and reporting Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain a professional attitude Must hold a UAE visa (employment, residence, or dependent) and be ready to

join immediately
