Overview:
Looking for a strongly customer-focused, self-driven and results-oriented Full Stack Engineer for Presight!
The opportunity
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will work within the application configuration team to build various applications/modules using frontend and backend technologies. Collaborating with Product Managers, Architects and Software Engineers to research, design, implement and improve functionalities as part of the Big Data analytics system.

Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities
- Develop visually appealing front end application architecture, including translating designer mock-ups and wireframes into front-end code
- Monitor and maintain the applications deployed in production
- Stay abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages
- Implement use cases as per client requirements using existing application platform
- Ensure that non-functional requirements such as security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability are being considered when architecting solutions
- Keep job knowledge up-to-date by studying new development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal and professional networks; participating in professional organizations.

What we look for:
- Strong computer science and basic algorithms knowledge.
- 5+ years of experience coding in JavaScript (ES6 or above), HTML5/CSS3, protocols, modern web standards.
- 3+ years of experience coding in at least one backend language (Java, Python etc.)
- Experience building single page applications with React, or any other component-based framework.
- Experience in writing ElasticSearch data intensive queries.
- Experience in building and consuming REST APIs.
- Strong experience in versioning tools like Git and release process.
- Experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, preferably using Jenkins.
- Understanding of relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, Postgres etc.).
Ideally, you\xe2\x80\x99ll also need
- Experience with popular UI component libraries. Ideally Ant Design.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience in UNIX/Linux environments and shell scripting.
