As a Web Developer, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining the core systems that our traders and clients use daily.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented

Web Developer

to focus on the front-end and back-end development of our proprietary systems. You will be responsible for creating, testing, and maintaining highly available web applications, focusing on intuitive user interfaces, real-time data visualization, and seamless integration with our trading infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Design and Development:

Write clean, well-tested, and efficient code for our core trading dashboards, client portals, and corporate website.

Integration:

Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic, including connecting to real-time data feeds, APIs, and trading platforms (e.g., MetaTrader, cTrader, etc.).

Performance & Speed:

Optimize applications for maximum speed, security, and scalability, with a keen focus on

low-latency

performance, which is critical in a trading environment.

UX/UI Focus:

Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement user-friendly interfaces that clearly display complex financial data, performance metrics, and risk management tools.

Maintenance & Security:

Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade applications. Implement and maintain strong security protocols to protect sensitive financial data.

Documentation:

Create and maintain technical documentation for new and existing applications.
Required Skills & Experience

[2+] Years

of proven professional experience as a Web Developer (Full-Stack preferred). Expert proficiency in front-end technologies:

HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).

Strong experience with a modern JavaScript framework such as

React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Solid experience with back-end development using

[Specify a language: e.g., Python (Django/Flask), Node.js, C#, or Java].

Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g.,

PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB

). Understanding of

RESTful APIs

and how to integrate with third-party services. Proficiency with

or similar version control systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points!) Prior experience in the

Fintech, Proprietary Trading, or Financial Services

industry. Experience handling and visualizing

real-time streaming data

(WebSockets). Familiarity with cloud platforms (

AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

). Knowledge of trading concepts, terminology (e.g., drawdown, leverage, P&L), or trading platforms (MetaTrader, cTrader). Experience with automated testing platforms and unit tests.
