About the Role:

We're looking for a

highly skilled and autonomous Full Stack Shopify Developer

to join our team in

Dubai

and take a leading role in the continuous evolution of our storefront, tools, and customer experience.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, enjoys ownership, and is excited to work on impactful features, integrations, and custom apps in a fast-growing e-commerce brand.

You'll be responsible for building custom Shopify apps, developing and improving our Shopify theme, integrating APIs, and proposing innovative solutions to enhance both frontend and backend performance. You'll collaborate closely with our designer, founders, and operations team to bring high-impact features to life.

Your Key Responsibilities

Lead development efforts on our

Shopify Plus store

, with a focus on performance, UX, and conversion

Build custom Shopify apps

to support operations, product or discount logic, or merchandising strategies Develop

advanced storefront features

: gifting flows, upsells, bundles, side cart logic, dynamic display rules, etc. Manage

external API integrations

(3PL, shipping, payments, Klaviyo, etc.) Collaborate with our design & brand team to ensure a seamless and on-brand experience Ensure responsive design, smooth navigation, and site speed across all devices Maintain and scale the tech stack as we grow, keeping up with Shopify's latest evolutions (Functions, Checkout Extensibility...)

What You Bring

3+ years of experience as a full stack web developer Deep Shopify expertise, including Shopify Plus, Liquid, metafields, Storefront API, and

Shopify Functions,

Hydrogen,

Shopify's checkout extensibility

and

Shopify app development

Strong frontend development skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), responsive design Backend experience with Node.js, Express (or Ruby/PHP) Solid experience with REST & GraphQL APIs and webhook architecture Experience building and maintaining

custom/private Shopify apps

Strong debugging, optimization, and performance tuning abilities

Fluent in modern development workflows

: Git, code review, CI/CD, staging environments

Ability to leverage AI tools

to accelerate development, prototype faster, and solve repetitive tasks Proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership Fluent in English; French is a plus but not required

Bonus Points

Sensitivity to e-commerce UX best practices and conversion funnels Interest in DTC, fashion, lifestyle, or beauty brands

Offer 1: Buy 2, get 1 free (2+1)
Offer 2: From EUR60+, you get product ABC from that same collection as a free gift

The problem is that with Shopify's built-in discount engine, the free product (gift from the EUR60+ offer) is still considered part of the collection, and it gets counted again in the 2+1 calculation. That can lead to unexpected behavior like:
- Customer buys 1 product, gets 2 for free
- Or the 2+1 discount is applied to a product that's already free

How would you approach this to make both offers work simultaneously without overlap or double-discounting?
