What You'll Be Doing

Developing and maintaining front-end and back-end applications for diverse client projects. Building and deploying scalable, cloud-based solutions using modern technologies. Writing clean, maintainable, and testable code to ensure quality and reliability. Collaborating with project managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-impact software solutions. Integrating and optimizing RESTful APIs for seamless system communication. Taking ownership of technical decisions and contributing to the overall project success.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a proactive developer who thrives in a collaborative, flat organizational structure. Key requirements include:

3+ years of experience in software development. Strong knowledge of TypeScript, Node.js, and React. Hands-on experience with AWS for cloud-based application deployment. A 'getting things done' mindset: you value efficiency, dislike unnecessary meetings, and focus on results. A passion for working in a flat organization where every voice matters and bureaucracy is minimal.
