Job Overview:

As an App Developer at Milestone Homes Real Estate Broker, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms. Your work will help deliver a smooth and user-friendly experience for our clients, allowing them to easily browse real estate listings, interact with agents, and track property transactions on their mobile devices. You will be involved in the full app development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and ongoing maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop Mobile Applications:

Design, build, and maintain mobile apps for both iOS and Android platforms using native (Swift, Kotlin) or cross-platform frameworks (React Native, Flutter).

Collaborate with Teams:

Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to ensure the development of intuitive and visually appealing mobile experiences.

Feature Integration:

Implement key features such as real estate listings, property searches, agent communication, payment processing, and notifications within the mobile applications.

API Integration:

Integrate apps with back-end services and databases through RESTful APIs or GraphQL to ensure seamless functionality.

Testing & Debugging:

Write unit and integration tests to ensure the robustness and reliability of mobile apps. Debug and troubleshoot issues to improve performance and user experience.

Optimize for Mobile:

Focus on app performance, scalability, and optimization to ensure smooth user experiences on a variety of devices and screen sizes.

App Deployment & Maintenance:

Manage app deployment to the App Store and Google Play, as well as update and maintain the app to ensure it remains up-to-date with the latest features and security standards.

Stay Updated:

Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile app development and real estate tech to continuously improve our mobile offerings.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Mobile App Developer or similar role with a portfolio of successful mobile applications. Proficiency in developing native mobile apps for

iOS

using

Swift

and

Xcode

, or for

Android

using

Kotlin

and

Android Studio

. Experience with cross-platform development frameworks like

React Native

or

Flutter

is a plus. Strong knowledge of

API integration

, including working with RESTful APIs or

GraphQL

. Experience with version control systems like

Git

and platforms like

GitHub

. Familiarity with app performance optimization, security best practices, and troubleshooting in a mobile environment. Solid understanding of mobile development frameworks, libraries, and tools for both iOS and Android. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work in an agile environment and iterate quickly on app features and updates.
