1. Project & Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

Identify and secure new contracts and business opportunities. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and project goals. Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and deadlines are met. Coordinate between clients and the development team. Prepare proposals, contracts, and follow up on payments.
Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in project management or business development (preferably in tech or digital solutions). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Fluent in Arabic and English. Based in Qatar or available for immediate joining.
2. Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities:

Develop high-quality web and mobile applications. Work with databases and APIs to ensure smooth system integration. Test, debug, and maintain applications after deployment. Collaborate closely with the project manager and design team.
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer. Proficient in React / Next.js / Laravel / Node.js / NestJS. Experience with Supabase or Firebase is a plus. Strong teamwork and time-management skills. Based in Qatar or open to remote full-time work.
