About the role

We are seeking a Mid Level Full Stack Developer to join our team. As a Fullstack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

Design and develop low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications,

Define web/backend architectures and solutions from business requirements, produce estimates and timelines, and manage delivery against those plans,

Develop front-end website architecture which includes designing interactive, responsive, and dynamic web pages,

Develop back-end applications, databases, and servers for creating a highly functional website,

Work with others to ensure adherence to code standards and best practices,

Staying well-informed about the current developments in the world of web development, learning about emerging concepts in full stack, and updating project leaders regarding the same,

Working with team members of different expertise to provide a user-friendly and smooth website application as an end result,

Ensuring the safety and security of the website/application/software developed,

Meeting with decision-makers and introducing new developments to the project to ensure optimal web development,

Develop and integrate Application Programming Interface (APIs) which is quite indispensable when it comes to working with different 3rd party software

About you:

2+ years of software development experience, delivering high-quality applications

Professional proficiency in written and spoken English, with strong communication skills

Strong proficiency with JavaScript (or typescript), ReactNative, Node.js, Nest.js, Express.js and React

Experience optimizing and tuning code for performance and maintainability, including asynchronous programming and offline storage

Familiarity with system and language limitations, finding creative solutions for desired performance benchmarks

Database design and management expertise, staying up to date with latest practices (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)

Server management and deployment skills, including experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

Thorough understanding of user experience (UX) principles and product strategy, contributing to user-centric design

Experience implementing testing platforms and writing unit tests for software quality and reliability

Proficient in code versioning tools like Git, with experience in collaborative development workflows

Appreciation for clean, well-documented code following best practices and coding standards

Ownership mentality, finding innovative solutions and overcoming challenges

Trustworthy, team-oriented, and transparent, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
