Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION : We are now looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team! As such, you will be responsible for the design and development of our core product, from the web portal to backend systems. You will also help evolve the overall architecture of the application and continuously work to ensure maximum performance, usability and stability. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Implementation of a robust set of services and APIs to power the web application.
• Implementation of new features including backend, frontend and API components.
• Building reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability.
• Interact with the rest of the team and foster our culture of review and code quality.
• Design and implement software components to facilitate integration with front end applications, Translation engines and Content Management systems.
• Help to evolve the e-commerce platform by promoting engineering best practices.
• Write understandable, testable code with an eye towards maintainability, scalability and internationalization.
• Collaborate with other developers by taking part in pair programming and contributing in white boarding solutions, team discussions, and task breakdown.

SKILLS REQUIRED :

• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable, reliable and always-on applications.
• Proficient in any two of the back-end technologies such as .NET, PHP & Python.
• JavaScript teams: design and development of web applications with brilliant UX and design in JavaScript, TypeScript.
• Python teams: design and development of server-side technologies to scale and deploy custom reports.
• Occasional design and development of server-side technologies to scale and deploy into new use-cases.
• Understanding of DBMS, MSSQL, MYSQL, how to use them and how to interface to them
• Proficient in Web Development Technologies, JavaScript, Node.Js, Project-oriented work experience, solution architecture.
• Proficient understanding of git.
• Interest in and understanding of design principles that enable automated testing/unit test.
• Similarity with our technical stacks Python, Rails and good understanding of agile, lean, and DevOps principles.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Al Qusais: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
