Jovera Group is a dynamic organization committed to delivering excellence across our business sectors. We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our IT team and contribute to the design, development, and enhancement of internal digital solutions and enterprise applications.

Position Overview

The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing both front-end and back-end systems. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, the ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions, and a passion for solving complex problems.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies. Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces for internal and external platforms. Develop and manage APIs and integrations between systems. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, IT staff, and department stakeholders to define requirements. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance. Manage databases, queries, and data architecture. Participate in technical planning, code reviews, and solution architecture discussions. Ensure the security and scalability of applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role. Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue). Strong proficiency in back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, PHP, Java, or .NET). Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.). Familiarity with API development (REST, GraphQL). Knowledge of version control systems (Git). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work both independently and within a team.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines. Understanding of cybersecurity best practices. Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience in ERP or enterprise-level application development.
