About the Role:

We are seeking a

Full Stack Developer

with strong experience in modern backend and frontend technologies to join our engineering team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in building secure, scalable, and high-performance systems, with hands-on experience in

Matrix

or

LiveKit integrations

. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying solutions that power next-generation communication and collaboration platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain

scalable and secure backend services

using

Java, Go, or Python

. Build and optimize

frontend interfaces

using

React

or

Flutter

. Develop and integrate

RESTful APIs

and real-time communication protocols. Work with

Matrix / LiveKit frameworks

to deliver real-time communication features. Implement

security best practices

, including PKI, OAuth2, JWT, and secure coding principles. Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure seamless

CI/CD pipeline automation

. Deploy and manage applications using

Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm

on

AWS or GCP

. Optimize system performance, scalability, and fault tolerance. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

? Strong proficiency in

Java, Go, or Python

for backend development.
? Hands-on experience with

React

or

Flutter

for frontend development.
? Proven experience with

Matrix / LiveKit

integrations (mandatory).
? Solid understanding of

PKI, OAuth2, JWT

, and secure coding standards.
? Experience in

API design

, containerization, and cloud infrastructure (

AWS / GCP

).
? Proficient in

CI/CD automation tools

Kubernetes

Docker

? Familiarity with

microservices architecture

and distributed systems.
? Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in real-time communication systems or messaging platforms. Exposure to Agile methodologies and modern DevOps practices. Prior experience in security-focused application development.

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
