About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled

Full Stack Developer

to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications integrating frameworks. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise across backend and frontend development, cloud deployment, and security implementation -- ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performance software delivery within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications & Experience

7+ years

of full stack development experience in enterprise or large-scale environments. Proficiency in

backend technologies:

Java, Go, or Python. Hands-on expertise with

frontend frameworks:

React or Flutter. Strong knowledge of

API design

cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)

. Proven experience with

Matrix/LiveKit

Key Responsibilities

Real-Time Communication Development

Design and integrate Matrix and LiveKit platforms for secure, low-latency messaging, conferencing, and collaboration.(Must Have)

Full-Stack Engineering

Lead end-to-end delivery across

Java/Go/Python

and

React/Flutter

, ensuring scalable APIs, clean architecture, and testable code.

Security & PKI Implementation

Deploy

PKI-based authentication

, manage certificates, and integrate

TLS, JWT, and OAuth2

for enterprise-grade security.

Cloud & DevOps Automation

Drive deployments via

Kubernetes, Helm, Docker

, and

CI/CD

, managing infrastructure on

AWS/GCP

with monitoring and cost efficiency.

Architecture & Performance Optimization

Define secure, modular system architecture; lead design reviews, benchmarking, and continuous performance improvements.

Preferred Skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED27,000.00 per month
