Fs2 Teacher
Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated FS2 Teacher to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners aged 3-5. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of early childhood development and a commitment to fostering a love of learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support the developmental needs of children in FS2.
Observe, assess, and record children's progress and development.
Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and caregivers.
Implement curriculum frameworks and ensure standards are met.
Promote the social, emotional, and physical development of children.
Maintain accurate documentation and records for each child.
Qualifications:
Recognized early childhood education qualification (e.g., Level 3 Award/Certificate/Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education, or equivalent).
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or related field (preferred).
Relevant certifications such as First Aid, Safeguarding, and Special Educational Needs (preferred).
