FS1 Teacher (Females Only)

About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and qualified FS1 Teacher to join our dynamic team at British Orchard Nursery in Al Jazzat, Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a nurturing personality and a strong understanding of early childhood development, creating a stimulating and safe learning environment for our youngest learners.
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) or similar British curriculum framework.
• Foster a safe, caring, and inclusive classroom environment that supports the social, emotional, and educational development of each child.
• Observe, assess, and record each child's progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children at all times.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development sessions.

Mandatory Requirements:

• CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education (or equivalent) is mandatory.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven teaching experience in the UAE, specifically within FS1 or a similar early years setting.
• This position is open to female candidates only.
• Excellent command of the English language (verbal and written).

Preferred Skills & Attributes:

• In-depth knowledge of the EYFS curriculum.
• Warm, patient, and creative approach to teaching.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
