Tracks inventory, order produce, and manage stock rotation to ensure adequate supply and minimize loss.
Liaise with suppliers, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery of fresh produce
Maintains safety and sanitation standards, and ensuring the produce area is well-maintained.
