Position Overview
This management role supports the smooth daily operations of the Front Office at JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai. Support the Front Office Manager in daily operational oversight

Handle guest concerns, resolve issues, and maintain service recovery standards
Monitor staffing levels to meet guest service, operational, and financial targets
Coordinate team communication to reinforce goals and expectations
Understand departmental impact on hotel financial performance and work to achieve targets
Attend to daily operational tasks ensuring quality and efficiency
Assist in maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction
Oversee Front Office in the absence of senior management
Ideal Profile
Diploma or high school certificate with 2 years of front office/guest service experience
OR a 2-year degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business, or related field
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to manage conflict, handle pressure, and resolve guest situations professionally
Team-oriented, proactive, and committed to service excellence
