Job Description

The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily front desk operations, ensuring excellent guest service, and supporting the Front Office Manager in managing the team, reservations, and guest relations.

Key Responsibilities:



Supervise front desk staff and ensure smooth daily operations Greet guests, handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently Resolve guest complaints and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction Monitor room availability, reservations, and billing accuracy Train, guide, and motivate front office team members Ensure compliance with hotel policies, SOPs, and service standards Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments Prepare shift reports and assist in scheduling duties

Requirements:



Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field Minimum 2-4 years of experience in hotel front office operations Previous supervisory experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Proficiency in hotel PMS (Opera or similar systems) Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
