Ensure a warm and professional welcome for all guests upon arrival.
Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
Monitor guest feedback and work with the team to improve service standards.
Supervise and support front desk agents, bell staff, and concierge team in their daily duties.
Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
Schedule shifts and manage staff coverage to ensure smooth front office operations at all times.
Oversee check-in/check-out procedures and ensure accuracy in billing and reservation records.
Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all front office activities.
Verify proper handling of room assignments, keys, and guest confidentiality in accordance with hotel policies.
Assist the Front Office Manager with daily reports, shift audits, and night audit reviews.
Maintain proper inventory of supplies and coordinate with other departments as needed.
Ensure proper cash handling and banking procedures are followed.
Act as a liaison between guests and other departments (Housekeeping, Maintenance, F&B) to resolve issues efficiently.
Communicate effectively with management and other departments regarding guest needs, VIP arrivals, and operational concerns.
Respond quickly to emergency situations (e.g., fire, security threats) following hotel procedures.
Ensure front office staff is trained in emergency response and safety procedures.
Promote hotel services and amenities to guests, encouraging room upgrades and additional services where appropriate.
Support the revenue management strategies by maximizing room occupancy and average daily rates.
