Team Management:
Supervising front desk staff, providing training, and conducting performance reviews.

Managing room availability and reservations.
Operations:
Ensuring smooth check-in/out processes and maintaining accurate guest records.
Financial Duties:
Handling billing, cash management, and audits.
Communication:
Coordinating with other departments and reporting to management.
Safety & Security:
Ensuring health, safety, and security protocols are followed.
Skills required
include strong leadership, communication, multitasking, and a background in hospitality or customer service.
