Cheval Collection are currently recruiting a Front Office Supervisor to join the Concierge team of our luxury serviced apartments in Cheval Maison The Palm. As Front Office Supervisor, of this beautiful and unique all-apartment residence, you will need to be a confident hospitality professional who has previous experience of a luxury high-end property and is dedicated to delivering service excellence to all guests. You will report into the Front Office Manager who looks after two residences so you will be their main contact for the residence and will need to ensure that everything is running smoothly. You will be self-sufficient and someone who enjoys innovating and finding solutions to ensure all aspects of the guest experience is exceptional. • Have supervisory experience within a front office role
• Have worked in a luxury hospitality environment
• Are experienced in a property management system
• Can build excellent relationships with guests
• Have experience in motivating and leading a front office team
• Are a confident communicator
• Have strong attention for detail
• Have a positive attitude in everything you do
• Have a friendly, professional and warm manner

As Front Office Supervisor you will be responsible for running the day to day operation of the concierge department including to supervise, guide and train the team. You will ensure that the team are performing to the company standards and that all of our guests are receiving an excellent guest experience from start to finish.
