Front Office Operations
Supervise daily front desk activities and shift operations
Ensure room assignments, rates, and billing are accurate
Monitor cash handling, postings, and night audit readiness
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and brand standards
Staff Supervision
Supervise, train, and motivate front office team members
Prepare duty rosters and manage staff attendance
Conduct shift briefings and performance feedback
Assist in onboarding and training new employees
Coordination & Administration
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and Sales for room status and guest needs
Prepare daily reports and handover logs
Assist the Front Office Manager with administrative duties
Ensure safety, security, and emergency procedures are followed
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred
Minimum 2-3 years of front office experience, with supervisory exposure
Strong communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in hotel PMS (Opera or similar systems preferred)
Good knowledge of cash handling and guest relations
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: QAR2,800.00 per month
