Supervise the front office team to ensure efficient and professional guest service
Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and smooth operation
Train, guide, and support front desk staff in handling guest requests and complaints
Monitor daily shift activities and maintain logbooks and reports
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
Requirements:
Previous experience in a front desk or supervisory role in hospitality or customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
Leadership skills with the ability to manage a small team
Ability to work under pressure and handle guest concerns tactfully
Familiarity with front office systems and basic computer applications

Duty Hours:
9 hours per day (including meal break) as per UAE labor law
