We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Front Office Staff member to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while managing the day-to-day operations of the front office.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
Manage appointments, meetings, and reservations.
Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
Maintain the front office area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in front office or customer service roles preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge in Opera or Wishnet system is a plus

Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR2,650.00 per month
