We are currently looking for Front Office Staff. Must maintain a consistently high standard of customer service throughout the shift. Must also acts as a representative of the hotel and handles Front Office matters brought to their attention to the satisfaction of the guest. General Responsibilities The nature of this position is responsible for welcoming and assisting the guest with their luggage. Further responsibilities are including, and not limited to, checking?in and checking-out our guests in a friendly and caring manner according to the procedures and standards. At all time, he/she displays a professional and positive image of the hotel as he/she plays a crucial role in the first and last impression the guest will have of the hotel. Minimum Qualifications / Typical Experience
Hospitality Management : Bachelor Degree or equivalent in any related field such as Administration or Tourism Management.
1 year of hospitality experience
Fluency in English
Fluency in a third language (preferably local language)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software
Enthusiastic and pleasant personality
