Job Summary: Looking for a Front Office Secretary in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Maintain diaries and perform routine clerical as well as administrative functions
  • Respond to incoming telephone calls, determine purpose of callers and forward calls to appropriate personnel or departments
  • Receive, sort and distribute mail
  • Coordinate with vendors and services they provide
  • Welcome guests, determine nature of business and announces guest to appropriate staff
  • Receive and forward incoming emails
  • Assist with clerical duties including faxing, photocopying and organizing files
  • Perform any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • The idea candidate must have a Degree in a relevant course
  • Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the same or similar position
  • Must be smart and good looking
  • Excellent organizational, coordinating and personal interface skills
  • Good working knowledge of general office machines
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
